In the Image URL field, it seems like you mapped a link to the post instead of a direct link to an image, such as this one. You need to map the direct link to an image. We have entered the image URL on your behalf, and it appears to have fixed your issue.

You can extract the link from the content field of your trigger step using a Text Formatter and then map it to the Pinterest action step.
