Hello,

I have a workflow that connects my wordpress web to pipedrive, creating a deal everytime a specific post type is created.

For some reason, deals are being duplicated in pipedrive although they are not duplicated in wordpress. This does not happen everytime. I've been looking at the workflow history but everything seems ok.

What unique details do you need exactly? For example, the latest deal that was repeated was deal number 12382. The original deal was 12381.

Please try using the 'Find Deal' action step along with a Filter step to check for a deal before it is created in your Pipedrive account. Set the filter condition so that the 'Create Deal' action step is executed only if the deal does not already exist in your Pipedrive account.

I did, although I dont think this should be necessary. I'm also worried that the custom field i'm searching for may not be that unique.

Is there something else you can do?

If the custom field you are filtering by is not unique, it could lead to duplicates being created in the pipeline.
