Pipedrive - fields spread over separate actions (or not shown) causes unneccesary task usage

Hi,

another thing that bugs me is:

Having not all fields either available or in the same way leads to using of multiple steps (e.g. Update Person / Update Person with custom fields or Create Deal vs Update Deal w. custom fields.

They do not treat all fields equally or do not have them all at one which leads to using double task (step).

Same for the Note for Deal:
I can make the Note, thats working, BUT in zapier i can see the feature to pin this note to the deal, to a person, organization etc.
And these fields i get back also as answer from api (see screenshot below) but i can not select them in advance, so i have no chance to also get the note to customer except creating a new step to create the same note for person, but thats another extra step :/

Can you tell me if i am doing anything wrong or how can i fullfill the needs without wasting steps / tasks?

The action events are set up according to the API documentation of the application. Could you please make a short screen recording showing some examples of the discrepancies you encountered so our team can better understand them?

thank you, i understand of course that you rely on the API but the question is more, how the API access and usability is setup then here for pabbly connect.

I explained also some differences in the steps and fields in my post here:

This makes it partly neccessary to setup multiple steps which costs unwanted tasks plus much more incosistent and inconvinient.

For the example above, as you can see there is - as example - the feedback from the Pipedrive API that lets me pin this note that i am about to connect to a deal also in one step to the respective contact , organization or even lead.
This is the functionality that i use already in Zapier for example to get this note also into customer itself.

I will check this more out if i miss any point here, but thats what i mean that is not fully accessible even it is there from the api.
