Pipedrive Find Person function not working

Every time I try to add the "Find Person" action for Pipedrive, it returns this...

I've tried reconnecting my account several times. Sometimes, it'll work immediately upon reconnecting, but it will only work once. Then it will do this same thing again.

Is there something I'm missing?

Could you please share the name of the workflow once, so that we can look into it and help you accordingly?

Though kindly try the Delay action step before the "Pipedrive: Find Person" action event so that the latest created person can be fetched by the action event correctly.
