Pipedrive "New Person" Trigger not working

When I try to use the "New Person" trigger in Pipedrive, it gets stuck indefinitely on "Waiting for Response". I've created several new contacts in Pipedrive, but nothing seems to register in Pabbly. I've reconnected the app several times...
