Podio - Citrix - printing/saving PDF in google drive

Hello!!
I have a question I was trying to UPLOAD A FILE from PODIO to GOOGLE DRIVE.
However, I am having some issues I am not sure why!?
I have provided the URL link with the PDF:
see the image below of the pdf
it creates a doc file
and the doc file shows just letter and numbers
is it possible to download a PDF from an podio ITEM directly to google drive?

It seems like the File URL that Podio generates is not publically accessible and the file is uploaded privately.
So, kindly check from your Podio account for the Document whether the file is private or public. The only publically accessible file can be uploaded to Google Drive.
thank you! it is not public, I will search for another way to generate a pdf on google drive.
