Post from IG to Youtube isnt working. I signed up for free account. I see green check marks on trigger and actions but the post isnt happening in youtube. 
why isnt it posting??? i have a free account.

Please ensure that the title of the video you are attempting to upload is fewer than 100 characters, and then try again.
Hello. When you say try again, do you mean recreate the workflow? or do you mean just post something new in instagram with less than 100 characters in the caption.? I posted a new video in IG with less than 100 works in the caption and the trigger didnt work and there was no new video posted to youtube.
The issue now seems to be related to the Category ID you are trying to use in the YouTube 'Upload Video' action step. Please allow us some time to look into this issue. We will get back to you with an update soon.
Based on your Task History, it seems that you are attempting to upload a video longer than 60 seconds as a YouTube Short. Please note that if you select Category ID 42 (Shorts), the video must be under 60 seconds in length. I recommend either changing the Category ID or uploading a video that is less than 60 seconds long, and then attempting again
