Postmark Send Action - Stream ID integration

Hello, I'm setting an action through Postmark to send a transactional email. However I've noticed that there is no field about the Stream, which is an important feature into Postmark. Is possible to integrate a field "ID" to specify the Stream we would like to use to send the email? Thank you
