Postscript First Name

I need to be able to send the first name of my customers to postscript, this is a very important feature for abandon cart campaigns.

I don't think this feature is currently available, is it possible to get this feature added?

Could you please tell us which application you are trying to integrate into your workflow and from which application you are trying to get the name to pass it further? Also, if possible could you please share your workflow with us so that we can look into it and can assist you accorindgly.

The app I'm trying to integrate with is Postscript, an SMS marketing platform.

I am using the action event Add Subscribers, however it's only letting me add 3 fields: phone number, email and keyword.

I really need to be able to add first name in order to personalise the sms's. Please let me know how I can do this.
