Can I create a connection from a Private Facebook Group to a Private Telegram Channel?

When I post in the Facebook Group I want that post to appear in the Telegram Channel.

As per Telegram Bot API, Telegram's API only sends the message to the Channels only.

Unfortunately, there are no options from Telegram's API to send the message on a specific channel.
