Problem with ActiveCampaign and Facebook Offline Conversions

Hi there, I'm trying to send new leads in ActiveCampaign over to Facebook's Offline Conversions so that I can accurately track my ad campaigns.

I know it's not a problem with FB Offline Conversions because I'm able to send Stripe purchases to Facebook Offline Conversions AND I'm able to manually upload ActiveCampaign leads to Facebook Offline Conversions.

I keep getting an error code "#100: The parameter data is required." I'm setting the event_type to "Lead" and setting the value to "0." Any idea how to resolve this?

Thank you.

Hey @ashley35

In the respective action step, you need to pass the Date TIme in timestamp format and in the name and email address field you have to first convert the email address and phone number into SHA256.

Kindly read the help text carefully and pass the data accordingly.

Hi there, yes, I did that in a previous iteration of this task, but it wasn't working and I still got the same error code. I converted the date/time, and hashed the email address. I do not collect phone numbers, so I didn't match that field since it's not required.

Hey @ashley35

As we can see from your workflow, you still haven't converted the time in Timestamp format and because of that, the action step wasn't working at all.

Though we have done the changes accordingly and it is working now.
