Problem with Vbout "Get Contact by Email"

I am having Pabbly Connect pull contact info from Vbout, but for about 30% of contacts it gives the error of No Contact Found, when the contact does exist in Vbout.

Could you pelase share the name of the workflow in which you are using the respective action event? So that we can look into it and can assist you accordingly.
Further, make sure that you are passing email only in the respective field. As we found a workflow and it seems like the email is not passing correctly instead it is taking something else which is coming from you above action steps.
