You're starting to annoy me with the limitations and various problems I'm encountering with your platform.

I'm trying to test your platform this month and I'm deleting bases and then I'm asked to pay yet another supplement. Money seems to be the only interest of Pably's managers!

Unsubscription management is very poorly done.
I have several customers and you only manage one unsubscribe list. What do I do???
I have to delete and put back black lists.

You're obviously not interested in my problem and have no intention of finding a solution !!!!

First, I opened tickets and I don't know where to find your response.
You indicate a ticket number but below there are only promotional messages.

It's impossible to properly test your platform.
I have different clients and significant unsubscribe lists which count against my subscriber credits. So I'm only spending credits on people to whom I haven't sent any emails, and I'm stuck. No possible testing of your platform.

Additionally, at the bottom of each email, you put a huge, unsightly unsubscribe link with the address in a crude and unaesthetic way.

In summary, I am very dissatisfied so far with testing your platform.
