Hi,
In "select" section I added two options but the field label is showing as a third option.
And, can we get logic-based options?
Let's say user select YES option they will see other options or they can add comments too.

This is not possible with Pabbly Subscription Billing. However, you can purchase Pabbly Form Builder that will allow setting any no. of logic there.
