PSB is not sending failed payment data to webhook



Hi i am trying to setup a web hook where if a payments fails on any of added payment platforms on my checkout page. I should send me failed payment customer details like name, email and mobile. Is there a way to resolve this.

Hey Gaurav,

You can extract the customer details using Get Single Customer action just below your trigger module. The Get Single Customer action needs the customer id that you will see in the webhook response.
