PSB is saying a client is not paying when they show payment on their bank

A client record says they are not Subscribed in PSB , for over 12 months, neither in stripe, I have checked and double checked their emails. Yet their bank account show deductions - I can not verify the payments via Stripe.... I do not know what to do.. it would amount to over $1200 in payments.
