Q2 for connecting 'Kartra.com to Lulu.com to print when customer orders'

When setting up the Lulu half of this connection, pabbly shows a long list of fields requiring "Enter text or map data.." (see images)

However, its a complete mystery what these values mean and where I find them.

I saw a similar question asked before in this forum and I reviewed the answer, it explained what some of the fields mean but included no guidance on the relevant data for entering into each field can be found.

NOTE: in the kartra setup step, I was unable to get the 'capture webhook response' to update when i made a
trigger order

Please advise where I find the data to enter into each of these fields

Kindly capture your webhook response first then map the desired fields of Lulu.
