Query on triggering the Whatsapp Messages

Hi Team,
Here i have a doubt regarding triggering the Whatspp Messages via WA Tool box

I have made an integeration with Google sheets and wa tool box

whenever a new row is entered it should a whatsapp message to the owner
In that i have completed the setting up process
Now the problem is I am getting the message only if click save and test request it does not send automatically this is not correct .
It has to send the message automatically when i did not click the save and test request
Pls tell me any way to clear this....now i have to get mesages if i am in offline too..... Pls share me any referal videos toooo....

Hi @GUGAN M,

When entering the data into your Google Sheets, make sure to add the data to your trigger column as well in order to trigger the workflow.

To make automation work, you need to enable 'Send On Event' if you're manually entering data into your Google Sheets. If the data added to your Google Sheets comes from another API or third-party application, you also need to enable 'Auto Send on Schedule'.

Note: If your data is being added from an external source/API, your workflow will take up to 1 hour to get triggered.

Sorry my query is about receiving the whatsapp messages......
I am getting the datas on pabbly but in the action part i have used wa tool box and it does not send the automatic messages to the recepient when i give the save and test request then it sends the message.....is there any option to send the whatsapp messages automatically....

As we have checked your workflow history, we have noticed that the latest task history of the workflow was captured on 13 October with the response as success: true, refer to the image for more info.

We have also noticed that a static number is been mapped under the phone number field, hence messages would be sent to that number only. If you want to send the messages to dynamic numbers map the required number under the phone number field.

Kindly add a test record to your Google Sheet to check whether the messages are getting sent.

Please note: In case you are receiving the success as true in the task history response and message isn't sent to the concerned number then we would recommend you to contact the "WA Toolbox" team regarding your query.
