Hello, I have a workflow where I am taking an email reply body, and adding it to a text notification so I can quickly see the responses as they come in. However, it is currently coming in like this:

NEW Email Lead - First / Last Name --
First Last Name
email address here
I will be out of the office on PTO April 25 thru April 28.  If you need to reach me urgently please call or text me on my cell phone at X.   XXXXXXXX Vice President of Asset ManagementVision Hospitality Group 411 Broad Street | Suite 401 Chattanooga, TN 3740242 | [email protected] One Team. One Vision.  

Is there a way to remove all of this additional info that appears after the actual reply itself?

If there is the same additional information that appears in your reply every time, you can use the Text Formatter by Pabbly; Replace Text feature to fix this issue. I am assuming   to be the additional info.
