Quick response does not trigger workflow

I have a quick response in a template, my customer replies with an option on the quick response, but nothing is trigged. However, when the customer enters the key work the workflow is triggered.

Could you please specify the flow you expected to be triggered but wasn’t when user clicked the Quick Reply button?

It's the product renewal flow

The flow is set to trigger only for typed keywords. It won’t trigger for replies sent through the Quick Reply button.

If you want the workflow to trigger using the Quick Reply button, use ‘Template Selected’ as the trigger event.
