Quickbooks create invoice error

We checked the issue and found that this behavior is due to a requirement from the QuickBooks API.

Even if you are not applying any discount to the invoice, QuickBooks still expects the discount-related fields to be included in the request. If these fields are left blank, the API returns a validation error.

Kindly populate the following fields as shown below, even if no discount is required:

• Discount Percent Based? → false

• Discount Percent → 0

• Discount Amount → 0.0

After providing these values, please save the action and test the workflow again. The invoice should be created successfully.

Thank you. That worked.

One more thing, it adds a Shipping Column automatically and there's no way for me to remove it in the action unless I deactivate it from Quickbooks.

Is there a way for it to not create that Shipping Column/

I'm glad to hear the invoice is being created successfully now.

Regarding the Shipping column, you can simply leave the shipping-related fields blank in the action step. If no values are mapped to those fields, no shipping data will be added to the invoice.

The Shipping section itself is controlled by your QuickBooks settings. If the Shipping feature is enabled in QuickBooks, the section may still appear on the invoice even though no shipping information is populated.
