Razorpay subscription event

I want to create workflow when user subscribe using razorpay subscription option but not found event for the same.

I want to send mail (using pabbly workflow), when user subscribe any plan.

You can select the subscription.activated event to achieve your use case. However, if it doesn't provide the required results we recommend reaching out to the Razorpay support for further guidance.

But the option you suggested not available on Pabbly.

Use Webhook by Pabbly as your trigger step to get the webhook URL, and use that webhook URL in Razorpay. Select 'subscription.activated' in your Razorpay account when setting up the trigger step.
