Razorpay Webhook not triggering in Live Mode or Pabbly not capturing it

My Pabbly workflow captures a response, when I make test payments in Razorpay test mode. However, the workflow is not triggered when I make an actual payment in Razorpay LIVE mode. Please advice.

Hi @Supreme, this was also a test payment that was captured. Payments either done by me in Live mode or by actual customers are not being captured
Can you please record a short video on how you have configured the webhook URL once so that we can look into it and guide you accordingly?
It works now. I created a new workflow to record the video for you but it worked. Not sure what was the issue earlier. Sorry for bothering.
