Read only pre-filled subscription forms

Is it possible to make prefilled data in subscription forms read only?

We are handing off user details to the form but if a user changes the email address it will break out integration.

Hey Kurt,

The fields will be frozen only when the customer ID is passed in the query string. When you pass the customer ID it will pre-fill name and email of the customer which is read-only and cannot be modified.
