RECEIVING RESPONSES WITH MEDIA FILES SUCH AS IMAGES

Hi, I was wondering if it's feasible to receive image responses on WhatsApp. Currently, I'm only able to receive text messages, and if someone sends an image, it doesn't appear on my end.

Hey @boochieng

It appears that from WhastApp Cloud API there is no action step available to get the image and Voice message or any media file.

So, it is not possible to design or send the message according to the media type.
