Receiving Same Attachment for all recipients

I have created a workflow, it works fine with everything. only recipients receiving the same attachment with different same of the attachment. In side content of the attachment is remain same for al recipient. Thank you!

It seems like you didn't map the Document ID in Step 3 of your workflow. We have made the necessary change on your behalf, which should fix the issue you are encountering.
