Regarding auto-publish of "post_update method" of Wordpress Posts to facebook page

For Post Update regarding wordpress posts , I want the post on the facebook page to be updated only when the wordpress posts are already having an status as "published" , for now on each wordpress post update with status as "draft , pending review" are also triggering the post_update method.

Please let me know what shall I enter in : Trigger on post status and Trigger on post status change

You can select the Trigger type as Post and status under the Trigger on post status change as published. Please refer to the attached screenshot for more info.
