When a person fills out the checkout form and does not pay or their payment is not completed (PB2.jpg), a subscription is generated in the "Pending" status (PB1.jpg.

We do not want a subscription to be generated when a person DOES NOT pay. That I can?

Hello @memo_dx

Currently, you cannot disable pending subscriptions being created due to abandoned carts or payment failures. As a temporary workaround, we suggest deleting any pending duplicate subscriptions from your account.

Our team is already aware of this issue and is actively working to find a solution. We will keep you updated on any developments.
