Rename Specific Sheet in Google Sheets

I noticed that when I do the Copy Sheet function for Google Sheets, all the copied sheets say "Copy of...."

Is there a way to rename a sheet within a spreadsheet? I don't want to rename the whole file, just a single sheet. Or, if I can somehow copy the sheet to a new spreadsheet without the "Copy of".

I understand your concern however, there is no available option to rename the sheet specified within a spreadsheet or to copy a particular sheet, which makes your use case seem unfeasible.
