Request rate per a second exceeded

i am colleccting leads from a form on my webpage which i am sending to my CRM Flowlu

since yesterday- i am getting this error on one step of my workflow.

it happens about 1-2 times per 10 leads

Try to put Delay action before sending the data to flowlu

should i put delay after step 1?

Try with 1 minute delay

Is there a way to assign a random delay between 1 and 5 minutes?

You can try using the "Spreadsheet Formulas" to generate random numbers between 1 and 5. Then use that number in the Delay step.
