Currently, Calendly has 2 main triggers: new event, and cancelled event.
I would like to kindly ask you and add the following trigger: Invitee rescheduled

We checked the Calendly's API documentation and we couldn't find any option to reschedule the event.

If you're getting email for that you can try using email parser.
