REST API Unknown Username Error?

In the Bath Geek Sales workflow I have connected WooCommerce using the REST API keys and am trying to retrieve an order. The error I keep getting is invalid_username with the error message <strong>Error</strong>: Unknown username. Check again or try your email address. I generated REST API credentials from my admin account, put in my consumer key, consumer secret, and URL per instructions, why is it giving a username error?

Kindly reconnect your WooCommerce again and make sure you haven't uninstalled the Basic Authentication Plugin from your account.
