Router problem with google calendar workflow

Hi @Sviluppolu3g,

Google Calendar has a trigger interval of 10 minutes, so it may take up to 10 minutes for new events to trigger the workflow. Could you please create a new event in your Google Calendar (luigi.pistone@lu3git) now, wait for 10 minutes and check if it triggers your workflow?

Make sure not to click on the 'Save & Send Test Request' button after creating the new event.

Seems not working the google calendar trigger but everything is ok also in the connection. I have tested and retested by doing save and test and it works but not automatically

I can add that I have also changed another workflow to send email instead create asana task but seems the trigger itself is not working. It didn't get the new event infact in task history nothing is triggered


Can you please help? It is really important for us

This is the last create but it trigger afte 1 hour while the other task that is now disabled to to inactivity does not work

Hello @Sviluppolu3g,

Upon checking the task history the the workflow seems to get triggered fine, as your account time zone is UTC +1 hours and the data is captured within almost 10 minutes of creation.

Could you please confirm if you mean that when a person books a meeting using the meet link, the workflow doesn't trigger, but when the meeting is created manually, it does?

If so, please provide the link used to select the meeting slot so we can test the issue.
