RSS connection

I'd like to watch an rss feed and if there is a new rss posting then take some action post the new posting to another service. For example I'd like to monitor this page https://blog.flickr.net/category/flickr/release-notes/
I assume there is an rss feed there as it is wordpress.
and when a new post appears then post it to reddit. However I did not see RSS as an option to connect to. What would be the proper way to do this?

They are launching RSS mostly in April as per FB Group post. Till then use IFTTT as RSS trigger to send data to pabbly webhook and then reddit.
