Running workflow on a schedule

I never did a workflow yet on a schedule - My workflow is called Tablet Monthly Report Dos Aztecas NEW - can you tell me why it isn't running? I keep rescheduling it out to the future but never seems to run. There is no workflow history as of Thursday night since it never kicked off. Any suggestion in step one to get it to run?

As we can see from your workflow's latest task hisotyr, your workflow did proceed accordingly. Perhaps you might not be passing the date and time accordingly to your time zone previously.
