Sales.rocks not working anymore

I was using the email verifier from sales.rocks. when i first configured it, it was working. But when I clicked on Save & Test Send Request I get "User is not authorized to access this resource with an explicit deny"

I have checked with Sales.rocks. This is their reply

We have tried the same at our end and it is working fine. Kindly re-authorize your Sales Rocks action step with the respective account.
