I got an email about an integration with Salesflare & Ringcentral :
"errorCode": "CMN-405",
"message": "Login to extension required",
"errors > 0 > errorCode": "CMN-405",
"errors > 0 > message": "Login to extension required"
Do I need to log in both or one? Can someone please advise?

Hey @PDUB

As we can understand from your above concern, you might not have allowed users to log in with Standard User Extension Credentials Instead of SSO.

So, regarding this please check out the following documentation or contact their support team for more clarification on it.
