Salesforce crm - number of records imported at once

Since Salesforce crm works every 10 mins, is it possible to make it realtime ?
How many records are brought at once from the crm assuming I create millions of leads every 10 mins.

There is no problem processing the number of leads on the workflow but since you are passing the data in the Google Sheets which has a certain limitations from them.

Furthermore, the trigger event of the SalesForce CRM webhook is a polling-based trigger that will fetch the data every 10 mins.

Hi,
I have a workflow triggering at 10 min. I could see it processing only 200 records and it doesn't seem to process the rest. Can you help here?

Could you provide the number of records you're sending through the workflow and explain the ones that are not successfully passing through? Please offer a brief explanation of your concern.

This flow triggers record updates on Salesforce. Salesforce updated 620 records and the workflow is supposed to push data to another app where only 200 records got updated.
