Salesforce - New Lead Trigger update

The image attached contains the current instructions associated with this trigger setup which is outdated.
The updated path for viewing Instance is:
Setup->Left Sidebar -> Company Settings -> Company Information
Instead of AP16 it is now NA16 etc.
