Same operation on the same rows in the table

Hello! I want to go through the Airtable table row by row and extract data related to that row.
For example:
Line 1 - Client Name XXX, Ad Manager Number YYYY
Fabli extracts the data related to that customer with the help of the ad manager number.
When he finishes, he goes back to line 2 until the table is finished.
Does anyone have an idea how to implement the loops?

Can you please elaborate on the condition a bit more on how you want to process line 2 after processing line 1 along with the filter condition?

Yes, I want to go row by row and do the same actions on it every day

We do not think that after creating a loop, it is possible to move it to something on another action/line.
