We checked the Task History and confirmed that Pabbly Connect received 7 separate webhook requests from ClickFunnels for order #29601.

• Each of these 7 task executions received an identical webhook response payload sent directly from ClickFunnels.

• Because Pabbly Connect triggers automatically whenever it receives data from the source platform, it processed each incoming request as instructed and created the corresponding order in ShipStation.

Since the duplicate entries stem from ClickFunnels sending multiple identical webhook triggers for the same order, we recommend checking your ClickFunnels automation/webhook settings or reaching out to ClickFunnels support to see why duplicate webhook events are being dispatched for single orders.

2. Regarding Order #29600

We searched your Task History specifically for order #29600 and found 0 task history entries. ClickFunnels did not send any webhook data to Pabbly Connect for order #29600, which is why no tasks were recorded or processed for it in Pabbly Connect or ShipStation.

Recommended Next Steps to Prevent Duplicate Orders:

To prevent multiple identical webhooks from creating duplicate orders in ShipStation in the future, you can add a Filter or a lookup step (e.g., checking if the order ID already exists in a database/Google Sheet or ShipStation before creating it).

Our engineering team reviewed the Cloudflare server logs for your integration during the timeframe in question. The logs confirm that all webhooks delivered from ClickFunnels to Pabbly Connect were successfully received and executed with no errors.

Because no incoming webhook payload or request entry for Order #29600 reached our servers, the delivery issue occurred prior to reaching Pabbly's infrastructure. We kindly request that you review your webhook delivery service settings in ClickFunnels or reach out to ClickFunnels support to verify why event 1e0c3737-7a55-4e94-92d0-5267c9ba7cc2 failed to dispatch to the Pabbly webhook URL on their end.

The above screnshot was for order number #29610. which was sent by Clickfunnel. but Pabbly did not have any history for it. #29600 and #29601 were placed 7 times to shipstation. the same issue was with order #29607. CF dispatched. But Pabbly did not have any task history. Hope this make sense
