Could you please provide more details about the exact use case you're trying to achieve? Specifically:
  • What applications are you planning to use?
  • Will the data be added to Google Sheets daily?
  • Is there a specific time when you’d like the post to be added?

so I have a workflow that contains a lot of data in google sheets (15 rows). in 1 workflow I want to schedule for example:
the first day every 10 o'clock I post the 1st and 2nd lines.
the second day every 10 o'clock I post the 3rd and 4th lines

The context here is that I made a chatgpt article.
sheets read title - chatgpt - return to sheets

Hello @evakuswandari,

To create your workflow that runs daily at 10:00 AM and processes two rows of Google Sheets data at a time, follow these steps:
  1. Schedule the Workflow - Use the Scheduler app in your automation tool to trigger the workflow daily at 10:00 AM.
  2. Get Rows from Google Sheets - Use the Get Rows action to fetch the data from Google Sheets.
  3. Filter Rows - Apply a counter or formula to process only two rows each day (e.g., rows 1-2 on Day 1, rows 3-4 on Day 2).
  4. Process Data - Map the data (title or content) to the ChatGPT step. Generate the output and return it to Google Sheets.
  5. Update Google Sheets - Use the Update Row action to update the rows with the generated content or mark them as processed.

Hello @evakuswandari,

Could you please share the workflow URL where you attempted to achieve this use case? Based on that data, we can suggest the appropriate fields you can use to establish the filter.

Hello @evakuswandari,

We have made a few changes to your workflow and configured the workflow to run at 10:00 am as per Asia/Jakarta(account timezone) everyday. Please enable the workflow and monitor its working and let us know if it works fine for you.

im sorry @Preeti Paryani
The workflow is already working according to schedule, but I want the workflow to process only the 1st and 2nd rows to run.
For example :
when 10 o'clock, process the 1st and 2nd rows
and the next day at 10 o'clock, process the 3rd and 4th rows
is there a way the workflow to process like that?

Thank you
😊
the workflow works as I want..
but may I ask again?
🙏

when I create a new workflow exactly like the workflow you created, why is Final Value = 2? not 1

Hello @evakuswandari,

When setting up the counter step, please ensure you enter the initial value as zero, then click on the "Save and Send Test Request" button. This will give you a final value of 1. After that, edit the initial value to one and click the save button. The step will then be saved properly, and since the counter increments the initial value by one, you'll get the final value as 2. If you follow these steps as I suggested, it should work as expected and provide you with the correct output.
