Scheduler is Executing more than once!

Scheduler is set to Once a Day!
The number in the Google Sheet is also present only for one specific date
Yet, the messages are being sent Every Few Days and Randomly!
The message needs to be sent only once as per date mentioned in the Google Sheet

As checking upon your workflow, we can see that the Scheduler is placed for Everyday-
Because of which, your workflow is Schedulling everyday as per your schedule.
Kindly make the changes to it and it will work for you.
Yes it is supposed to run everyday but the messages are supposed to go to that specific person on the date specified ONLY.
Right now, the messages are being sent almost every 4 days and randomly inspite of the day being put in the correct column!
So the message is sent on the date it is supposed to go!
BUT also sent every 4-5 days after that; on a very random schedule --- this is my concern!!
