I’m looking for an experienced automation expert to help me streamline the process of sharing my daily forecasts across various platforms. I’ve been doing this manually, and it’s taking too much time. I want to focus on creating the content while leaving the technical workflow in capable hands.
What I Need
• Platform: I use Pabbly as my automation tool. You must be familiar with this platform or similar automation tools.
• Task Description:
1. Automate the process of getting the transcript of the video to be used for the text, creating images based upon that text, uploading and scheduling my daily forecasts across socials networks, my blog (I have a shopify website), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp and through the newsletter in mailerlite.
2. Ensure the content format aligns with the requirements of each platform (e.g., short video for TikTok, text/image for WhatsApp, etc.).
3. Integrate the workflow with my existing tools, like scheduling software, Google Drive (or similar for content storage), and Canva (if needed for design).
4. Simplify the process so everything runs smoothly without constant monitoring.
Skills Required:
• Proven experience with Pabbly or other automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.).
• Ability to handle integrations across multiple platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Problem-solving mindset to ensure seamless automation.
Deliverables:
• Fully set up and tested automated workflows for posting daily forecasts.
• Documentation or a quick guide explaining how the process works.
• Initial troubleshooting support to make sure everything runs smoothly.
