select / deselect the countries of interest to avoid the application of taxes

As many users only sell in one country, like me.
I would like a feature to select / deselect the countries of interest.
in this way users are facilitated in filling out the form and in addition, more importantly, it prevents the possibility that the user selects a country other than his own, to avoid the application of taxes.

you can show your default country on the checkout page.
Although, passing the country value in the checkout link might seem like a solution but this does not prevent the customer from changing the country to avoid paying the related tax.
