I would like to know if there is an option to trigger another workflow if a certain one fails?
My situation at the moment is. I have multiple forms being submitted on a website - and they all come through with different formats. I don't have the option to put different a different email in each different form submission.
I am trying to work out the best way around this.
Thinking now adding another email to all the submissions for a different workflow may work - but I want either 1 of the other to work for a submission.. not both.

Keen for any thoughts. This is using Real Estate .com & Domain into Hubspot

If you are getting responses from different forms from the Hubspot account then you can process them individually in the same workflow with the help of a router action step.

You can refer to the following video tutorial for the same.
Thanks - I found the Router option which is exactly what I was after. Appreciate your help
