Send whats app message to new lead

Hi I am able to send emails and send them google sheets when a lead arrives from facebook, I am wondering how can I send a message to the same lead via whatsapp when they arrive? We already capture their mobile number, will the whatsapp cloud API work? the chat-api.com does not work anymore, is there any tutorial to acomplish this?

I saw that video and I think its not what I need, I am not waiting for a webhook I just want to send a whatsapp rsponse when someone sends a lead, I think this video is the opposite of what I am looking, for example how could I map the phone number of the new lead
