Currently, we don't have a video specifically for this use case where the trigger application is BigCommerce.

However, you can watch this video to understand how to establish a new connection with your BigCommerce account.

The process of establishing the connection remains the same; you just need to choose 'Cart Abandoned' as your trigger event and, instead of completing the order, abandon the cart at the checkout step.
