"Send WhatsApp reminders" workflow

I have created a workflow "Send Bootcamp WhatsApp reminders[IMG width="16px" alt="✅"]https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/6.6/png/unicode/64/2705.png[/IMG]". This workflow sends whatsapp msgs 2 day before, 1 day before, 4 hrs before, 1 hr before & 15 mins before. It is not firing to all the whatsapp members in my google sheet. Can anyone help ?
