I have a Zap set up in Zapier, which 1 step is

Run Python in Code by Zapier​

followed by

Custom Request in Webhooks by Zapier​

How can I replicate me this in Pabbly?

Pabbly does not have a "Code" module yet, so you need to do that somewhere else. But to send Custom API call you can use the "API" module in Pabbly Connect.
